The only reservations I had about working with Brittany is money and if I am able to have time to work out for me. With kids it can be difficult. My time is not my own. Kids, work, kids, supper, bedtime, repeat.
Brittany created workouts that are only about 30-40mins out of one’s day. And the prices for online coaching are feasible.
I like the fact you don’t seek out your clients like the big companies such as beach body. You just advertise you basically and people seek you out if they are ready.
I feel accomplished when I do my work outs. There are times it hasn’t happened, but it’s a work in progress for me.”
“Before starting to work with Brittany, I was worried about the time and money it would cost. Life is pretty hectic for me and sometimes it just can’t happen, and most times finances are tight.
Brittany has been very flexible with scheduling without guilt which is helpful. It’s also helpful being able to apply chunks of money when I have it to put towards my program.
My one and only goal when starting this program was to get whole body strong again.
I definitely feel a bit stronger so far. Lost two pant sizes already. I don’t pay attention to weight.
I like the fact that Brittany countdowns the time/reps remaining. It helps me to know the end is near when she is torturing me with bicycle crunches.

“I was worried that Brittany would make me feel inadequate for what I couldn’t do- but that wasn’t about her, it was about any trainer. What I love is that she’s never once made me feel that way!
Brittany seems to know exactly when to push/add weight/complexity etc. and I don’t feel like she’s asking me to do things I can’t do- and is really good at switching things up what I feel I can do.
My goals when starting with Brittany were to feel fitter, lose weight/change shape.
I notice that things are getting easier, and I am able to do more- like increasing weights and holding things longer, certain exercises don’t kill me anymore!
Brittany’s good at finding the balance between pushing me and letting me take my time- I appreciate that and so do my muscles!

“Sometimes we slip in our exercises and our food ‘consumption’, but Brittany is always encouraging that we WILL get back on track!
My top goals are to lose weight/not be so lazy. I showed my son my muscle in my arm and yes, he was impressed! I have also lost weight.
I like that Brittany is always watching me and making sure I’m doing my exercises properly. I want and need her to criticize when needed.

One reservation I did have before starting to work with Brittany was how much time I would have to put in. She has been able to help fit this program into my schedule perfectly.
My goals when I started was to be stronger and lose fat. Throughout this program, I have been gaining strength & balance, consistently working out, eating a healthy diet, and sleeping well!”
“Before starting a program with Brittany, I had my own reservations about getting back into the groove of working out and failing. I was nervous about whether we’d have to do this on video or with other people. I was happy that we didn’t but that we can still be in touch. I wasn’t sure if she’d be a hardass or not and I’m happy she’s not because it would stress me out and make me feel guilty and discouraged if/when I don’t get a workout in.
Brittany assured me it was ok that I adjusted workouts for some of the things I couldn’t do and said it’s ok as long as I keep moving. This isn’t a program where I need to post videos online to hold me accountable, so I like that. Brittany has me alternate options for exercises that I wasn’t able to do which made me feel like I was still getting the reps in.
My goal was to start moving again, be healthier and start losing weight.
I have been eating way healthier and going for walks or being more active in general than I have been in years. This program helped me get kick started and motivated me to check off the completed tasks for my daily goals. Even if I didn’t get a walk in or a workout in, I’ve been outside being more active than ever which in itself was rewarding for me. All the changes that I made in addition to starting this program have allowed me to see results in weight loss and being more mindful of activity and eating.
I like that we can message on the app and that Brittany checks in.
I find it helpful when Brittany adjusts my workouts when I miss one…or a few 🙁 I liked the stretch exercises that she added in as I always have lower back pain and neck/shoulder pain.
I felt comfortable and safe with working with Brittany. I used to be so active and workout regularly but that stopped years ago, and it was scary to get started again. I wouldn’t have been ready for in-person training, so this was a good way for me to get started.
