Basic Home Gym Equipment List

Has your gym been forced to close again? Here are some basic home gym items that I recommend to my clients when they get started with fitness coaching. Keep in mind, you do not need any equipment but I find having the the basics is a major plus!

As the weather has started to get nicer, more and more people are looking to get their bodies ready for summer. Find something you enjoy and stick with it. The most essential pieces of equipment are also luckily the most affordable.

  1. A skipping rope
  2. Resistance bands
  3. Dumbbells (a pair of light, medium and heavy is best)
  4. Yoga mat
