As a professional fitness coach, I will thoroughly assess a clients needs, goals and establish timeframes in which you can achieve these goals. With this information, I will design an effective and fun program that will safely deliver results. I will educate, inspire, support, coach, motivate, and advise you how to make the most of your workouts.
1:1 fitness coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment, 3 sessions/week for best results.
$60/session (private garage gym)
OR
$70/session (in home training)
*each session is between 45-55 minutes
1:1 in person training can be combined with online coaching to give you the best of both worlds.
