OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

  • Fit with Britt’s BOOTCAMP program is designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
  • With the comfort and motivation of a small group, you will challenge yourself with safe and effective functional training exercises, and get fit in the process.
  • This can get you started, or give you a boost to your current training methods.
  • Having a coach and an appointment to make helps you stay committed and reach your goals.

What can you expect from participating in BOOTCAMP?

  • You will have a coach to guide and encourage you along with the motivation of working with a team and others.
  • You will AMP up your current fitness routine and get on track in keeping up a healthy lifestyle.

It all starts with my Six Week Challenge.

2 x BOOTCAMP Sessions a week outdoors in the fresh air while soaking in some vitamin D. There is a minimum requirement of at least 3 participants to run a challenge. Location of the workouts can be flexible.
