As a fitness professional, I coach women who have children, who are pregnant, or who may become pregnant in the future.
I will design a workout program and modify based on how far along you are in your pregnancy and afterwards. We will focus on what happens during each stage of pregnancy, what it means for exercise, lifestyle habits, proper screening and assessments, and recommendations to ensure not only that your pregnancy is healthy, but that you have a quick recovery afterwards.
1:1 fitness coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment for best results.
39 – 78 sessions = $40/session (private garage gym) or $50/session (in home training)
79 – 99 sessions = $35/session (private garage gym) or $45/session (in home training)
100+ sessions = $30/session (private garage gym) or $40/session (in home training)
