If you are an athlete (competitive or recreational) sport-specific training will be able to help you avoid sport-related injuries as well as enhance your performance. It can be easy to find basic workouts online but many people prefer to train areas of their body that will help them most when playing their sport. Regardless of what sport you play, sport-specific training can help you improve your skills and strengthen your body so that you can perform at your highest level. I can help you achieve this through a sports-specific training program built for athletes to succeed on their respective playing field.

1:1 fitness coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment for best results.

39 – 78 sessions = $40/session (private garage gym) or $50/session (in home training)

79 – 99 sessions = $35/session (private garage gym) or $45/session (in home training)

100+ sessions = $30/session (private garage gym) or $40/session (in home training)

Online coaching is also available for this option.
